Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g boiled potatoes, boiled, also leftover
  • 400 g tuna, from the can, drained
  • 1 tbsp onion(s), very finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • ½ tbsp butter
  • some salt and pepper
  • some flour, for breading
  • 2 eggs, whisked with a little cream, for breading
  • Breadcrumbs, for coating
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mash the soft boiled potatoes in a bowl, add butter, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly. Add the tuna, onions, and herbs, and knead the mixture thoroughly by hand. Form 8 burgers from the mixture, coat with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs, and fry slowly and gently in oil.
