Quick & Easy: Beef Roast

The perfect quick & easy: beef roast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Roast beef
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 50 ml Red wine
  • 1 Pc. Chopped garlic
  • 1 Pc. Chopped onion
  • 80 ml Broth
  1. Rub the roast with salt, pepper and mustard. Heat oil in a pan and preheat the oven.
  2. Brown the roast on all sides and deglaze with red wine. Add the garlic, the onions and the broth and let everything simmer briefly.
  3. Remove the roast from the hotplate and place in a baking dish. Pour the sauce from the saucepan onto the meat and cover it with the onions and garlic. Bake at 180 ° C for about 2 hours. Mashed potatoes and green beans go well with it.
