Quick & Easy: Beef Roast
The perfect quick & easy: beef roast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Roast beef
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 50 ml Red wine
- 1 Pc. Chopped garlic
- 1 Pc. Chopped onion
- 80 ml Broth
- Rub the roast with salt, pepper and mustard. Heat oil in a pan and preheat the oven.
- Brown the roast on all sides and deglaze with red wine. Add the garlic, the onions and the broth and let everything simmer briefly.
- Remove the roast from the hotplate and place in a baking dish. Pour the sauce from the saucepan onto the meat and cover it with the onions and garlic. Bake at 180 ° C for about 2 hours. Mashed potatoes and green beans go well with it.
