Quick, easy mustard dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp, heaped mustard, hot
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar or honey, tastes even better
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer on low to medium speed, or whisk by hand. It’s important to press the garlic so it’s evenly distributed throughout the dressing. If the consistency isn’t thin enough for your liking, you can add cream. We omitted the oil, firstly because of the calories, and secondly because we don’t want to make mayonnaise. It also goes well with fish and, perhaps, asparagus. A little lemon juice should be added.
