Quick, easy tomato sauce for spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 small can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 2 onions
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp Maggi seasoning mix for vegetables and sauces
  • 1 tsp Fondor
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and finely dice the onions. Sauté them in a small saucepan. Then crush the garlic clove and add it, sprinkling it with the spices. Sauté briefly, then add the passata and peeled tomatoes. Heat everything thoroughly for about 2 minutes, then add the ketchup to taste.
