Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 1 pack of herb cream cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- some milk
- Garlic granules
- Salt
- Pepper (e.g. colored)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
delicious for grilling, dipping or just as a spread on bread
Roughly chop the feta cheese and place it in a measuring jug. Add the cream cheese, olive oil, and seasonings. Puree everything with a hand blender. Add a little milk to make it creamy. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes, then adjust the seasoning if desired. Tastes great on a barbecue, as a dip, or on its own on bread (e.g., flatbread).
