Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 420 g wheat flour type 405
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 300 g yogurt, Greek
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine all ingredients and knead thoroughly. Scoop out a portion and roll it out with a rolling pin into a flatbread the size of a pan. Sprinkle a little flour on the work surface if necessary. Fry the flatbread in a hot, nonstick pan without fat on each side until browned to your liking. The flatbreads are delicious on their own, for example, with a salad, or can be filled as a wrap or topped with pizza dough.
