Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 package of tarte flambée dough
- 50 ml olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, more or less as desired
- 1 handful of mozzarella, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Combine the oil and crushed garlic cloves and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour. Roll out the tarte flambée dough on a baking sheet and brush with oil. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes.
