Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 300 sugar
- 1 pack of gingerbread spice
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 5 eggs
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 1 cup of lukewarm water
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Mix all ingredients together, then add the lukewarm water. Blend everything together for about 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat, no fan) for about 50 minutes. Test with a toothpick to see if it’s done! This is the easiest, quickest, and tastiest gingerbread cake I know!
