Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g Leberkäse
- 3 large onions
- 200 ml cream
- n. B. Thyme
- n. B. Salt
- Margarine for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the Leberkäse and fry in fat. Add the diced onions and sauté, deglaze with cream, and season with salt and thyme. Simmer until the onions are tender. Serve with mashed potatoes.
