Quick low-carb protein bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g spelt flour
  • 250 g oat bran
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Bread spice mix
  • Sesame, chia seeds, nuts or seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

with quark

Mix all ingredients. Add sesame seeds, chia seeds, or other nuts and seeds to taste. Grease a baking pan, pour in the batter, and bake the bread at 200 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
