Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 egg whites
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 275 g desiccated coconut

Beat the egg whites and a pinch of salt until stiff, then slowly stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar, and finally the desiccated coconut. A quick tip: you can use grated almonds or hazelnuts instead of the desiccated coconut! Place small piles on a baking sheet and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
