Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 65 g margarine
- 65 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 150 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 500 g quark
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup oil
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 0.38 liters of milk
- 1 gr. can/n fruit
- 1 handful of desiccated coconut
- 1 handful of almonds (flakes)
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with fruit
Combine the batter ingredients and pour into a greased springform pan, press down the edges, and sprinkle with desiccated coconut. Mix the quark with the egg yolk, sugar, oil, custard powder, and milk. Pour into the batter and top with the drained and, if desired, chopped fruit. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and bake at medium heat for about 30 minutes. Beat the 3 egg whites with 2 tablespoons of sugar until stiff peaks form, pour onto the still-hot cake, and bake for another 15 minutes.
