Quick mandarin cream with white chocolate

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • e.g. orange juice
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (cream flavor)
  • ½ bar of white chocolate
  • 200 ml whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the mandarins, reserving the juice. Top up the mandarin juice with orange juice, if needed, to 0.5 liters. Use this liquid to make a pudding according to the package instructions and let it cool. Whisk briefly, then whip the cream and fold in. Finally, chop the white chocolate into small pieces and fold in along with the mandarins.
