Quick mandarin orange quark dessert

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 200 g pudding, cream-vanilla, 10% (1 cup)
  • 1 can/n tangerine(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

also for many portions

Whisk the quark and vanilla pudding with the mandarin orange juice until creamy. Then gently fold in the fruit (reserve some for garnish if desired). Decorate as desired and refrigerate until ready to serve. It also tastes delicious with other canned fruit or simply with multivitamin juice (100-150 ml). By multiplying the ingredients, this makes a fantastic dessert for many people. The low fat content of the low-fat quark makes the recipe quite low in fat, despite the cream pudding.
