Quick meat sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat, preferably beef and pork mixed
  • 50 g carrot(s) (baby carrots)
  • 50 g corn
  • 50 g peas
  • 100 ml crème fraîche
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s), /
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • Basil and Parmesan to taste
  • 1 shot of oil
  • ½ cup(s) water or clear vegetable soup
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with spaghetti or potatoes

Peel and finely chop the onion. Sauté in a hot pan with the oil until translucent. Then add the meat, season with pepper (do not add salt yet, as this will draw out the water from the meat), and cook until almost cooked. Add the baby carrots, corn, peas, and garlic and cook. To prevent it from becoming too dry, add the water or stock now. Then season with salt and stir in the crème fraîche. Let it simmer briefly and turn off the heat. Finally, add the basil and, if you like, season the whole thing with a bit of Parmesan cheese (but it tastes good without it too). Serve the finished spaghetti on the plate, add the sauce…done. Your meal is over 😉
