Quick, Mediterranean pasta salad with feta cheese

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 500 g pasta
  • 2 jars of feta cheese marinated in oil
  • Basil, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly olives
  • Water (salt water)
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, of course, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Then halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes and finely chop the fresh basil leaves. When the pasta is cool and you can put everything together in a bowl, add the 1-2 jars of marinated feta cheese. Add the oil from one jar (as a dressing). Drain the oil from the other jar first. Now add salt, pepper, and garlic, if desired. Tip: If you like, you can also add finely chopped olives—we’ve tried that. But olives are usually a matter of taste.
