- 850 g apricot(s)
- 6 kiwi(s) (approx. 300 g)
- 1 kg gelling sugar (1:1)
- 3 tbsp rum, if desired

Blanch the apricots in boiling water, rinse with cold water, and peel off the skin. Halve the apricots and remove the stones. Cut the flesh into pieces. Peel, halve, and slice the kiwis. Weigh out a total of 1 kg of flesh. Combine the fruit and gelling sugar in a large saucepan and stir. Bring to a boil while stirring and simmer gently for about 4 minutes. Season to taste with rum. Immediately fill the jam into the prepared jars and seal tightly.
