Leek salad with banana and curry

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 medium-sized bell pepper(s)
  • 1 m.-large leek(s)
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 large banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp, leveled curry powder
  • 2 pinches of herbal salt
  • 3 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Slice the leek into thin rings and the banana into slices. Cut the apple and bell pepper into fairly small cubes. Whisk the vinegar with herb salt, curry powder, and oil and pour over the ingredients. Mix everything well and let it infuse for a while. These are only estimates for the vinegar and oil, as it depends on the size of the base ingredients. Delicious with grilled food or on a salad bar.
