Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup of carbonated mineral water
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt

For me, a cup holds 200 ml. Mix all ingredients one after the other with a hand mixer until a batter forms. If you mix for too long, the cake will rise a lot, so use a slightly larger pan. I used a 26 cm pan. Bake for 50 minutes at approximately 190-200 degrees Celsius.
