Quark-rice casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g rice
  • 200 g herb curd
  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can mixed vegetables (or peas and carrots or 200 g frozen peas)
  • 3 Bockwurst or 200 g cooked ham or meat sausage
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ tbsp paprika powder
  • n. B. spice mix
  • 500 ml water
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the rice in 500 ml of water for about 15 minutes, or let it soak. In the meantime, mix the quark with the eggs and season to taste. Drain the mixed vegetables and chop the sausages. Stir everything into the rice. Pour everything into a greased, shallow baking dish and smooth the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
