Quick mushroom pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms or other mushrooms
  • 1 small onion(s) or shallot
  • ½ stalk(s) leek
  • 60 g diced ham, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean and finely chop the mushrooms, leek, and onion. Sauté the ham cubes in a pan for about 5 minutes, then add the vegetables and mushrooms. Sauté for about 12 minutes over medium heat. Finally, add a little pepper and, if desired, parsley. We didn’t need salt, as the ham already has enough flavor. You can serve it with bread, rolls, or rice. For a vegetarian version, simply omit the ham and season with salt. You can also use green bell peppers instead of leeks.
