Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 large onions
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- vegetable oil
- 1 pack of dumpling dough, ready-made
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
- ½ cup cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
- Paprika powder
- n. B. cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Finely chop the onions and leeks. Place the minced meat in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Then fry until cooked through. Towards the end, add the onions and leeks. Spread baking paper on a baking tray and drizzle with oil. The oil will crisp up the dumpling dough. Place the dumpling dough in the center and press it flat with your hand until the tray is filled. Mix the crème fraîche and cream cheese into a sauce, pour it into a saucepan, and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. Spread the sauce over the dumpling dough (it helps if you leave the edges slightly raised). Then spread the fried minced meat mixture over it and sprinkle with cheese. Place the tray in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. When the cheese turns brown, the meal is ready. The recipe can be modified as desired. I always do things differently.
