Quick noodles alla Riken

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 5 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 tbsp pesto
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • possibly mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente. Drain and set aside. Dice the zucchini. Dice the cooked ham. Sauté both in oil. Add the pasta and pesto and sauté briefly. Season with salt and pepper. It’s also delicious cold with a little mayonnaise (adjust to your taste).
