Quick nut cookies made with 3 ingredients

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g nuts, ground, e.g. 100 g hazelnuts and 100 g almonds
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C for about 10 minutes. Mix all three ingredients well and shape into round cookies. Bake at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes (test frequently, as temperatures may vary from oven to oven). The cookies should still be soft when removed from the oven to keep them moist. Delicious both hot and cold! You can dust them with cocoa powder or powdered sugar, for example.
