Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 300 ml water
- 21 g yeast
- 150 g olives (Kalamata), chopped
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
Combine all ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place (avoid drafts). Then shape the dough into a loaf and bake it in the oven on a pizza stone at 250°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Enjoy warm.
