Quick omelet with fried onions and ham

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp fried onions
  • 1 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 50 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Clarified butter, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk the eggs with the milk, chives, fried onions, pepper, and salt. Heat the clarified butter in a medium-sized pan and add the egg mixture. Chop the cooked ham and sprinkle it over the egg mixture. Cover and let it set over medium heat until the egg mixture is cooked. Transfer to a plate and fold it in half. Serve with a slice of toast and tomato salad.
