delicious, simple and quick dish made from ingredients that you usually have at home

First, cook the rice by boiling 1 regular cup of rice with 1 3/4 cups of water, a pinch of salt, and 2 pinches of couscous seasoning. Then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes until the water has evaporated. While the rice is cooking, dice a bell pepper and peel and finely chop a thumb-sized piece of ginger. Sauté both in a pan with a little olive oil for about 5 minutes over high to medium heat. Then add 1/2 to 1 can of tuna and 1 teaspoon of couscous seasoning and cook it briefly. Now add the cooked rice to the pan and cook it briefly. This rice dish tastes especially good served with a dollop of cream cheese.
