Quick peach and passion fruit cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 1 cake base (sponge cake)
  • 2 tbsp apricot jam, or a little more if needed
  • 500 g whipped cream
  • 2 bags of cream stiffener
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 250 ml passion fruit juice
  • 1 pack of cake glaze, clear
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

without baking, if you need it quickly

Drain the peaches and cut into small pieces. Spread the apricot jam over the cake base. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and sugar until stiff. Stir in the peach pieces. Place a cake ring around the cake base. Spread the peach cream over the cake base. Mix the passion fruit juice with the cake glaze and vanilla sugar and bring to a boil in a saucepan. Carefully spread it over the peach cream and let it set. It tastes very fruity.
