Quick peanut sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce, Chinese
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Heat the peanut butter and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring with a whisk or whisk. Add the chili sauce and bring to a boil. Season with soy sauce to taste. The peanut sauce can be eaten warm (e.g., with chicken) or chilled (as a dip).
