Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g butter, soft
- 175 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1 pack of pudding powder (almond)
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 150 g desiccated coconut
- 1 jar pineapple (alternatively fresh fruit), chopped

Make a batter from the listed ingredients. Finally, fold in the chopped pineapple. Pour the batter into a prepared 26cm springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 50-60 minutes.
