Quick pineapple and coconut cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g butter, soft
  • 175 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (almond)
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • 150 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 jar pineapple (alternatively fresh fruit), chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

quick and easy

Make a batter from the listed ingredients. Finally, fold in the chopped pineapple. Pour the batter into a prepared 26cm springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 50-60 minutes.
