Lightning pizza, quickly prepared, no need to let the dough rise, simple ingredients
Preheat oven to 200°C (bottom heat). Finely slice the onions and bell peppers. Mix the beer, oil, and a pinch of salt in a bowl, adding enough flour to create a dough that can be stretched without tearing. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, dust it well with flour, place the dough on it, dust it well with flour, and press it out with floured hands. Dust the now flat dough with flour and roll it out evenly and as thinly as possible with a rolling pin, flouring it more if necessary. A small bulge can form around the edges. Immediately spread the dough with the pureed tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, distribute the onion rings and bell pepper strips evenly over the dough, spread the cheese evenly over the dough, and place it on the top rack of the oven. Bake for 15 minutes. In the meantime, peel and slice the garlic cloves. After 15 minutes, remove the pizza from the oven, distribute the garlic evenly over the dough, and place the ham on top. Bake for another 10 minutes on the top rack. It’s a good idea to check the pizza toward the end by lifting a corner to see if the crust is already crispy and brown. If not, extend the baking time a bit. Of course, you can top the pizza with all sorts of toppings. Just make sure that any ingredients that require longer cooking time (onions, peppers, zucchini, or similar) go on top of the pizza and under the cheese during the first baking phase. Only then should you add the other ingredients on top of the cheese, as otherwise they will burn (garlic, salami, ham, anchovies, olives, pepperoni, or similar).
