Boil the potatoes with their skins on until tender. In the meantime, season the crème fraîche with salt, pepper, pizza seasoning, chili powder, and paprika. Then add the diced salami, diced ham, and diced sliced cheese. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with a baking tray, make a lengthwise slit in the middle, press them apart slightly, and fill with the crème fraîche mixture (1-3 teaspoons each, depending on the size of the potatoes). Bake the potatoes in the oven at 150°C for 5-10 minutes on the middle rack. If you like, you can add peppers, tomatoes, etc. in addition to the cheese, salami, and ham. Vary according to taste. They taste good with a fresh salad, but we also like to eat them plain. Refined and quick for guests and children.
