Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 3 small eggs
  • 7 g baking powder
  • some salt
  • 250 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

5 minutes preparation and 30 minutes baking

Mix water, flour, eggs, baking powder, and salt into a batter and pour it onto a baking sheet (use parchment paper). The batter will be quite runny, so don’t let that scare you. Top with whatever you like! I topped my first one with tuna, onions, and Gouda, seasoned with oregano. 30 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) makes this quick treat perfect!
