Quick Potato Hash Browns

The perfect quick potato hash browns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 size Potato
  • 1 middle Carrot
  • 1 half Onion
  • 1 half Salt and pepper
  • 1 half Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon Potato flour
  • 2 teaspoon Gourmet fine seasoning
  • 2 teaspoon Oil

Preparation

  1. Peel the potato, carrot and onion – grate everything with a coarse grater – season the mixture with salt, pepper, gourmet fine seasoning and nutmeg – add potato flour and mix everything together well – DO NOT EXPRESS the mixture !!!

Fry hash browns

  1. Heat plenty of oil in a pan – put small piles in the hot fat – press the edges cleanly – fry quickly on full heat – flatten the surface a little so that everything can cook evenly – when the underside has enough color turn over and fry the degrease finished hash browns on kitchen crepe
