Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 roll(s) of pizza dough (refrigerated shelf)
- 100 g crème fraîche, 15% fat
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs (8-herb blend)
- salt and pepper
- 200 g porcini mushrooms
- 1 onion(s)
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 mozzarella

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Roll out the finished pizza dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the crème fraîche, herbs, salt, and pepper, and spread it over the pizza dough. Chop the porcini mushrooms into small pieces and scatter them on top. Slice the onions into half rings and, after warming them in the microwave or pan, place them on the dough. Slice the cherry tomatoes and scatter them. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and place them on top. Bake the pizza for approximately 8-12 minutes in a preheated oven at 225°C (top/bottom heat). Tip: It’s even better if the baking sheet is already in the oven on the middle rack while it preheats.
