Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 250 g quark
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 ml milk
- Milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
makes about 15 rolls
Melt the butter. Then combine all the dough ingredients and knead with a dough hook until smooth. Add a little more milk if needed. The dough may be a little sticky. Form small rolls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the rolls with milk and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
