Quick raspberry sorbet

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g raspberries, frozen
  • 500 g quark
  • Sugar
  • 1 dash of lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Prepare in a blender or with an immersion blender, depending on what’s available. Briefly combine frozen (!) raspberries, quark, sugar, and lemon juice, then blend or purée until smooth. Divide the mixture into portions, pour into bowls or dessert glasses, and place in the freezer for a few minutes, then serve immediately.
