Quick rice pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g rice
  • 100 g bacon
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs
  • 1 pack of frozen vegetables

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the rice as usual. Meanwhile, dice the bacon and fry it in a pan. Chop the onion and add it. When the onion is nicely golden, add the tomatoes and frozen vegetables. When the vegetables are cooked through, stir in the rice and season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Serve.
