Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bag of rice
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 pork steaks (minute steaks)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rice pan with carrots, zucchini and minute steaks

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Add the oil to a pan. Wash the zucchini and peel the carrots, grate both, and add to the pan. Cut the minced steaks into small pieces and add them to the pan. Peel and press the garlic, and add to the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and heat the stovetop a little longer. Once the rice is done, drain, mix in, and stir thoroughly. Serve hot.
