Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 4 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt
- pepper
- n. B. Sauce thickener, light
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring the vegetable stock to a boil. Stir in the crème fraîche, mustard, and honey. Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and thicken with the sauce thickener if desired.
