Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 450 g leaf spinach (frozen)
- 3 bags of rice
- 1 cube of meat broth
- salt and pepper

Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté both in hot fat until translucent. Add the minced meat and seasoning. Once the minced meat is browned, add the frozen spinach leaves. Meanwhile, cook the rice in a pot according to the package instructions. Combine the cooked rice with the minced meat and spinach mixture and serve immediately.
