easy and fast

Pour the water into a measuring jug and stir in the two sachets of dried yeast, honey, and salt. Combine the wheat and spelt flour (preferably home-ground) in a bowl. Stir the mixed liquid into the flour. Once everything is well blended, add enough white flour to form a slightly sticky but easy-to-knead dough. Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 200°C (fan oven) for approximately 20–25 minutes on the middle rack. Note: It is not necessary to let the dough rise or preheat the oven.
