Minced meat, corn and cheese pot

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 330 g corn kernels
  • 1 handful of cheese, grated
  • n. B. Spice(s) such as salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Brown the ground beef in a pan or pot and season to taste. Then add the corn and cook. When the corn turns a light golden brown, add the cheese and let it melt.
