Quick shrimp stir-fry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g shrimp(s)
  • 1 pack of Brunch Paprika Pepper
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quickly fry the prepared prawns in a wok or large pan in a little oil until they turn their typical red color. Meanwhile, peel and finely dice the garlic. Add the brunch to the prawns a spoonful at a time and let it melt. Then add the garlic and cream and let it simmer over low heat for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and chili. Serve hot with rice, noodles, or baguette.
