Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs (size M)
  • 4 packets of pudding powder of your choice (e.g. chocolate)
  • 1 cup oil, small cup (approx. 0.2 l)
  • 1 cup sugar, small cup (approx. 0.2 l)
  • ½ pack of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

without flour, delicious and quick to make

Mix all ingredients together in order. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 35 minutes.
