Quick sweet and sour pork

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g pork
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce, light
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cm ginger, peeled, cut into fine strips
  • 1 red bell pepper(s), cut into fine strips
  • 160 g sauce (black bean sauce)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with the soy sauce. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan or wok. Stir-fry the garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds. Add the bell pepper and fry for 3 minutes. Remove the meat from the soy sauce and add it to the pan, frying for about 5-6 minutes until browned. Pour the soy sauce and black bean sauce over the meat, bring to a boil, and simmer for 1 minute. Serve hot. Serve with rice and Chinese cabbage salad.
