Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp cream, whipped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
simple and without a lot of “bells and whistles”
Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into chunks, and boil them in plenty of salted water until tender. Then drain and blend them with an immersion blender until smooth. Fold in the cream and season with salt and pepper.
