Quick tarte flambée

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 100 g Black Forest ham
  • 2 onions
  • some chives
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with puff pastry

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Remove the puff pastry from the package, roll it up, and place it on a baking sheet with the baking paper. Roll up the edges slightly to create a rim all around. Prick the pastry several times with a fork. Cut the ham into thin strips. Slice the onions into thin rings. Place the sour cream in a bowl, add the ham and onion rings, mix well, and spread over the puff pastry base. Sprinkle with salt and chives. Bake the tarte flambée in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Serve hot!
