Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of rolls (toast rolls, e.g. Toasties, 6 pieces)
  • 6 steak(s) (minute steaks) of pork
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • some clarified butter or other fat for frying
  • ketchup
  • Spice mix (steak or lemon pepper)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

the quick and easier way to make a burger

Heat the clarified butter (or other cooking fat) in a pan, fry the minute steaks briefly but vigorously on both sides, remove from the pan, season well with steak pepper, and let rest briefly. Cut the tomato into 6 slices. Toast the toasties and spread with ketchup. Place a tomato slice on one half, halve the minute steaks, and place two halves on top of each tomato, then top with the other half of the bread roll.
