  • 125 g butter
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 mozzarella
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • pepper
  • herbal salt
  • 1 flatbread(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the tomato paste, garlic, and 10 basil leaves and mix (I mix everything in the Magic Butler, melting the butter in the microwave first). Cut the flatbread open. Spread both halves with the tomato paste mixture. Arrange the sliced ​​tomatoes on the tomato paste and top with some herb salt, a basil leaf, and a slice of mozzarella. Bake at approximately 200°C for about 5-10 minutes.
